In support of a greenfield coal mine development MDCC undertook the design and construction of a man camp facility and a 78 kilometer access road to ENRC’s north shore coal concession. Design including masonry and steel building structures and the civil design of the tertiary access road. The logistical support of fuel and food supplies was added to our SOW after commencement of contract and was maintained for an 18 month period.
